Screen
Screen effects that place the image inside a CRT's glass face.
Screen surface
| Parameter |
Description |
| Curvature |
Screen curvature (barrel distortion centered on the layer). |
| Edge Falloff |
Darkens the screen edges. |
| Halation |
Very wide glow across the screen. Requires Glow Radius above 0. |
| Highlight Rolloff |
Soft-clips highlights for a smoother transition into overexposure. |
Signal and synchronization
| Parameter |
Description |
| Ringing |
Decaying oscillation to the right of edges, simulating a signal's transient response. |
| Refresh Bar |
A band of refresh flicker moving vertically. |
| Convergence |
RGB misconvergence: red shifts left and blue shifts right. |
| Color Bleed |
Horizontal smearing of the red/blue channels, like NTSC chroma smear. |
| Sync Loss |
Vertical sync loss. The image rolls vertically, with a dark band at the wrap point. |
Overlays
| Parameter |
Description |
| CRT Mask |
RGB subpixel pattern: Aperture Grille (vertical stripes) or Shadow Mask (staggered triads). Energy is preserved so the pattern does not change overall brightness. |
| CRT Mask Pitch / Amount |
Pattern period, in pixels, and strength. |
| Graticule |
Oscilloscope grid and center crosshair. Applied before curvature, so it sits on the screen surface. |
| Graticule Cells |
Number of grid divisions. |
